Grand Rapids City Commissioner David LaGrand, a Calvin graduate, discussed his work in the Restorative Justice approach to misdemeanors. Commissioner LaGrand explains the Fast Track Accountability Program" (FTAP) and his work as a founder of the Restorative Justice Initiative (RJI), a local nonprofit that will promote the idea.
