Abstract
Even though old women are the fastest growing segment of U.S. and global populations, they are marginalized and devalued by the combined impact of ageism and sexism. This lecture highlights the issues of older women, including their demography, invisibility, stereotypes, the feminization of poverty, caregiving, widowhood, housing, and health.
