Abstract

Regathering: Second Semester Convocation. Dr. Storkey is one of the most experienced writers and speakers in relating the Christian Gospel to contemporary culture, and i s well known to many for her BBC Radio 4 Thought for the Day broadcasts which she has been involved in for over 20 years, in addition to her work with the BBC World Service. She has taken part in many television documentaries, including a recent one on Cl imate Change. Elaine has a background in philosophy and sociology and has many years experience of teaching in the UK and overseas (most recently within the Theology Faculty of Oxford University and previously with King's College, London).
