He lived in Saugatuck, Allegan, Michigan, United States in 1910 and Douglas, Allegan, Michigan, United States in 1920. He died on 2 March 1925, in Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo, Michigan, United States, at the age of 61, and was buried in South Haven Highlands, Casco Township, Allegan, Michigan.
