The Kerux was founded in 1966 serving as a printed news bulletin for the Calvin Seminary community. After serving as a bulletin for many decades, it developed further as an opinion magazine supported by the student senate, where students were able to express their opinion and share their ideas from the community.
Since 2019, The Kerux became an exclusive online publication. It is available as an online blog, designed to serve as communication between the student body of Calvin Seminary, and the wider community — including spouses, alumni, staff, faculty, prospective students and the general public. The Kerux publications focus on issues pertaining to seminary life, discussions on various theological topics and reflections on life as a student of the word.
Volumes 1-52 (1966-2018) - Print volumes located in Hekman Library and Heritage Hall.
