Description
Mathematicians are not the only ones to use Calculus; in fact, there are many more applications and practices in Calculus that come from different professions and interests too. Unfortunately, most Calculus textbooks don’t include people of color or women who use Calculus. Each person highlighted on this poster will be connected to a Calculus-related problem. We hope that their remarkable stories will open the doors for many more!
