Session Description
The Calvin College Symposium on Worship and Church Music aims to bring together worship leaders and planners, pastors, church artists, and church musicians from many church traditions for times of learning, discussion, and fellowship. Sessions are planned both with a broad ecumenical appeal and with sensitivity to the unique challenges of worship planning and leadership of churches in the Reformed tradition. Conference offerings aim to unite the best learning and thought about worship with practical suggestions for worship planning and leadership, and–most importantly–with a high sense of our privilege and responsibility in the worship of our Lord and God.
This year's Symposium again is both ecumenical and Reformed, both principled and practical, both appreciative of a heritage and open to contemporary expression. There truly is something for everyone.
